Remote learning support

I have problems when I try to get personal loans or car loans because everywhere I apply, it seems they see me as "deceased." I checked my credit reports from all three companies, and only Equifax is saying I'm deceased. Can you please give me any advice or tips to handle this, because now, I have no source of income and this issue is a big difficulty for me.
