TEAM BUILDING

In the Team Building Module, participants learn to create an environment for sharing ideas and building trust that is essential to team building, and then work together in group exercises to explore and experience the concept.

In the animated short, Maria Moves In, our virtual peers address issues related to reaching out to others, taking positive risks, and practicing good judgment. They build a team to help a family move in to the neighborhood and find out that there are benefits to being good neighbors.

This first animated episode also serves to break the ice and help to build a group identity among participants in your program.
