Purchasing Info

To purchase SEEDTECH or to request more information, please contact a Program Manager at sales@urbantech.org or call (800) 998-3212 Mondays through Fridays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Technical Support
Technical support for one year is included in the purchase price of all Urban Tech products. Our technical support representatives can be reached through our support line at (800) 998-3212. Urban Tech representatives are available to assist you Mondays through Fridays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. You can also reach a technical support representative online at support@urbantech.org. A site may choose to purchase a renewal of technical support service each year.

Licensing
Courses are licensed for use at a single location specified by the community-based organization (CBO). Additional licenses must be purchased to teach the courses at multiple locations. The CBO may not resell the license to any other organization.
