Technical Support

|
Technical support for one year is included in the purchase price of all Urban Tech products. Our technical support representatives can be reached through our support line at (800) 998-3212. Urban Tech representatives are available to assist you Mondays through Fridays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. You can also reach a technical support representative online at support@urbantech.org. A site may choose to purchase a renewal of technical support service each year.

Licensing
|
Courses are licensed for use at a single location specified by the community-based organization (CBO). Additional licenses must be purchased to teach the courses at multiple locations. The CBO may not resell the license to any other organization.
